I used VIVID Event Production about a month ago to hire some lighting for my recent celebrations. We ended up renting the whole lot from Jaymz due to his diligent service for us. He even came and did installation and put everything away at the end for us for a reasonable fee. His pleasant demeanour and honesty about which products are best for the venue (even if it meant he didnt sell top dollar gear to us) was very valued. So much so that we have booked Jaymz to do our upcoming wedding and possibly my brother's school ball (he's the deputy principal) later in the year.
